What is a secret word?
A secret word is your password to manage your Bulk ISP account(s). You either gave this to your account manager when you signed up for your Bulk ISP account, or it was assigned to you automatically if there was nothing entered. The Customer Resource Center is password protected to ensure the security and privacy of your account information.

What, if I do not know my secret word?
If you do not know or do not remember your secret word, you may press the Email Me My Secret Word button, and it will be sent to the e-mail address listed on your account. If you have any difficulties logging on to the system or retrieving your secret word, please contact our technical support staff at 1-213-689-3210 , and they will be more than willing to help you with using our support site.
